Modern Human and Nature
The evolution of mankind is happened through ages from stone age towards the information age by different technological advancements. Modern humans in the information age works with the concepts of industrialization, economy and information technology. For thousands of years, human race has changed their natural environment on behalf of themselves. However, during these activities, humans have forgotten one important thing. It could be easily explained by a statement given by one of the lecturers at my university.
“If any one thinks that a flower blooms according to the standards, rules and social norms, he or she will never understand the nature”
According to my point of view, the whole human race is driven by a piece of paper called as “money”. Before the money was invented, people exchanged their goods using barter system for thousands of years. Money was invented in order to overcome the problems in the barter system. However, modern humans have eventually become slaves to the money. That was because society itself has created or implanted unnecessary needs to all rich and poor people. However, people whom lived 100 years back didn’t have these kinds of unnecessary needs to spend luxurious lifestyles. They were ready to face any challenge and stood stronger than us during the disasters. But today, we complain our government and authorities for not providing required food, water, electricity, internet, medicine during natural disasters. One of the best example is how economies and systems collapse during this COVID-19 lock down in different countries.
Nature — doesn’t recognize money. It will treat same to the rich and poor because it doesn’t care about the worthiness of a human by the wealthiness. Giant economies in many developed countries are collapsed by this tiny little nano-meter scale virus from the nature. The only positive thing is that, it has given a secret message for modern humans in which very few people can still understand. That is to stop living from pay check to pay check, and change our lifestyles in simple and sustainable manner by consuming only the essential needs by obeying the natural laws. Developing integrated standalone circular systems (ISCS) will be the only solution for that in my point of view.
